According to Yahoo News One of the worst Tornados ever tore thru the south where at least 281 people have been reported dead. The Tornado destroyed towns from Tuscaloosa Alabama all the way to Bristol Tennessee where it killed 195 people in Alabama, 33 in Mississippi, 33 in Tennessee, 14 in Georgia, 5 in Virginia and 1 in Kentucky. This is as of now others are still missing and over 600 people have been reported seriously injured. Two students were killed on campus at the university of Alabama campus and some parts of the school were destroyed and their finals were postponed to a later date.
Alabama has taken the damage the worst. The tornado was reported to be an EF5 and at the storms weakest an EF4. These are really strong tornados and they destroyed thousands of homes and Business places. This April has set a record for the most tornados ever reported in April a record of 800 the previous record was in 2003 with a record of 543 twisters. This is by far the worst April in many years that people can remember it has been storm after storm after storm. Many residents reported that this is the worst tragedy that they have ever seen or been in, in actual real life.
This is a warning to people to show us just how easily things can be taken from us at any moment in time and it can happen to anyone even the ones who think that nothing bad will ever hit them it might actually hit them one day. These tornados are not anything to play with when I lived in Oklahoma we had several tornados go right by our house and thru our town.
My prayers go out to all of the people and the families that have been bothered by these horrible destructions. You never know when it is your time to go so you should always be prepared for anything that might come your way. Hopefully assistance will make its way to all the people that may need the help that they need and give these people that homes are gone a place to stay and sleep.
